Chefs With Altitude, Swissôtel's flagship culinary event, sees renowned chefs flying in to Singapore from around the world to help create two weeks of pure gastronomical bliss. David Toutain of Agapé Substance, Paris, and Adam Byatt of Trinity Restuarant, London, collaborated with Julien Royer of JAAN and Lee Bennett of Equinox Restaurant to craft this year's menu. We brought the interaction and creativity of the chefs to life with the tagline "Ingredients don't limit the minds of masterchefs" and a coffee table book where guests could literally create their own culinary masterpieces on the front cover.
